Rental Process & Requirements
Booking Requirements
- • Must be 21+ years old to sign contract
- • Contract and payment required to secure booking
- • Certificate of Insurance required (minimum $1M for Family Pavilion)
- • Alcohol service requires event permit (14 days prior notice)
Event Guidelines
- • Setup permitted after 6:00 AM on event date
- • All guests must vacate by 2:00 AM
- • Cleanup must be completed by 1:00 AM
- • Smoke-free environment (no smoking within 8 feet of entrances)
Cancellation Policy
Security deposit will be retained if event is canceled less than 14 business days before the scheduled date.
This represents lost opportunity costs for the facility.
